There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside is a decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Highchair and stairgate available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Avalon Annexe is a wonderful escape for families to enjoy the delights of North Wales.

This is a really lovely place to stay. It was very clean and was well equipped. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather during our stay so we got to use the outdoor space which was decked. The owners left some nice little treats which was a nice touch. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 1 teenage child and there was plenty of room for us. We chose this venue because it was only 20 minutes from Zip World. The photos on the website are a true reflection of the accommodation itself. We would definitely book again. It's central to Bangor and Y Felinheli, we went to both. There is a very nice pub a few minutes drive, the food was amazing (Garddfon Inn) well worth a try.
