Discover the real Cornwall by visiting one of the many traditional fishing villages nearby including Boscastle (14 miles) and Clovelly (19 miles), and sample some fresh produce along the way. Upon entering this homely cottage, you will soon notice its contemporary yet traditional interior. The spacious kitchen/diner features slate floors and contains an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and hot drinks machine. Once you have finished your meals in the dining area, retreat to the large lounge where wooden floors and comfy sofas make this room a welcoming space in which to enjoy a film on the TV. Completing this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Making your way up the stairs will bring you to both bedrooms; the master bedroom is large and elegant, with slanted ceilings, a pretty window, TV, and a Victorian style cast iron double bed, with the added addition of an en suite WC, whilst the bright and modern second bedroom contains twin single beds. Making your way outside, there is a charming garden bordered by mature plants and shrubs. A lawn area leads to a patio with garden furniture, a BBQ, and a private hot tub, the perfect spot to admire the stunning rural views. Ample off road parking for 2 cars is available..
