The town of Caernarfon is just a 15-minute drive away, which has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants - and not to mention its historical 13th-century castle which you can spend a day exploring! If you'd rather spend the day relaxing at home, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the Isle of Anglesey.

Three bedrooms: 3 x double. Ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, handwash basin. Ensuite with shower, WC and handwash basin. Open plan living on first floor, kitchen with with electric oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster and a Tassimo coffee machine. Seating area with corner sofa, armchair, Smart TV, DVD, Roberts radio, USB music player, books and games. French windows open to balcony with patio furniture. Dining table to seat 6. Small patio area, small balcony, accessed from the sitting room, (both areas supplied with garden furniture). Parking spaces available close to the property.

The open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen area is situated on the first floor. The seating area has a large, comfortable corner sofa and armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, Roberts radio, USB music player, books and games. Large French windows open to the balcony with patio furniture and lovely views. The oval dining table seats 6. The modern and well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster and a Tassimo coffee machine. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first has a kingsize bed, flat screen TV, and French windows leading to a small patio area with garden furniture. The second bedroom has a double bed. The ground floor bathroom has a bath and shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. A spiral staircase leads up from the sitting room to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. To the rear of the house there is a small patio area and to the front is a small balcony, accessed from the sitting room. Both areas have garden furniture. There are parking spaces available close to the property. Location Details

Y Felinheli, formerly know as Port Dinorwic, is situated on the beautiful Menai Strait between the historic town of Caernarfon and the cathedral city of Bangor. Home to a small, established yachting marina with an interesting lock (allowing boats to enter or leave before cruising down the Straits to the open sea), this small village also has a couple of pubs, a restaurant and cafe in the dock area, a shop and Post Office, a beautician, a hairdresser and several great restaurants on the nearby Island of Anglesey. Visitors to this lovely region are spoilt for choice, with stunning Snowdonia, the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, or the sandy beaches of the Isle of Anglesey all within easy reach.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
