The open-plan kitchen/diner is wonderfully appointed to the rear of the cottage, with access to the enclosed patio garden. The kitchen has a lovely set of white units and sleek wooden worktops boasting a range of contemporary appliances so you can rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family, to be enjoyed as the large dining table over a glass of wine. The spacious sitting room has plenty of plush seating to curl up in of an evening, with a TV and DVD player provided, perfect for keeping up to date with your favourite shows, or enjoying a family movie night. Follow the curving staircase up to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms, a double and single, whilst the second floor provides two further double bedrooms, which boast wonderful countryside views across the nearby park, whilst all the bedrooms have plenty of modern furniture to store your personal items. While you're in the area, travel towards Monmouth Castle, a Grade I listed building dating back to the 11th century and showcasing a wealth of history inside.
