Preswylfa is a semi-detached house resting on the outskirts of the fabulous town of Caernarfon in North Wales. Hosting four bedrooms including a double and a family room with a double and bunk beds on the first floor, and two more doubles on the second floor, with each room benefiting from en-suite bathroom facilities, this property can sleep up to ten guests. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a terrace overlooking the Menai Strait and a cloakroom. Parking can be found on the road either to the front or the back of the property, as well as having a shared lawned garden. Preswylfa will make the ultimate host to you and your loved ones on a wondrous trip to North Wales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
