Watergate Bay forms part of a selection of homely holiday bungalows in landscaped grounds, set in a quiet wooded valley and divided by the River Seaton that flows from high up on the moor and down through the beautiful grounds of Rosecraddoc. This is an ideal location to tour the whole of Cornwall, South Devon and Dartmoor. South East Cornwall has some of the best & most varied countryside in the whole of the south west of England from the mists of Bodmin Moor, the creeks and valleys of the rivers to the secluded coves, sandy beaches & rocky outcrops of the coastline in the south. The accommodation has all the comforts and appliances you will need to ensure your comfort and relaxation, including a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The open plan lounge/dining room has a Television with DVD/CD player. Watergate Bay is a detached cottage with an open plan lawned garden, a paved patio at the rear with garden furniture and a view of the River Seaton. The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley. The town is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort. Head to the world-famous Eden Project for a superb day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican docks area, outstanding shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 30 minutes by car.

The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
