This charming property provides all-ground-floor accommodation for a small family or two couples wanting to explore the East Riding of Yorkshire's coastline, within easy reach of the iconic seaside resorts of Filey and Scarborough. Park your car on the driveway and make your way down the side of the property to the entrance, where you will find a small patio area with seating, ideal for sitting out with a morning tea or coffee on a sunny day. Head inside to discover a well-equipped kitchen/diner, boasting a range of handy appliances for all of your self-catering requirements, including a washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee maker for your morning caffeine fix. Sit down for home cooked meals together around the dining table, which overlooks the enclosed back garden, and the patio doors can be opened up in the warmer months to allow a cool breeze inside, the enclosed garden is the perfect place to let children run around safely whilst you watch on from the dining table. Visit the Harbour heritage museum, Bondville Model Village and the magnificent Sewerby Hall and Gardens, complete with a zoo and woodland walks, as you make your way towards the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast.
