Set amidst 20 acres of rolling countryside, Valley Lodge 56 is perfect for that family holiday in Cornwall that you have been seeking. Enter into your temporary dwelling and discover three well-presented bedrooms on the ground floor, the master suite notable for its sumptuous king-size bed with Smart TV and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, whilst the second king-size bedroom and twin bedroom allows for a range of party make ups to enjoy this part of the countryside. The heart of the home can be found on the first floor, where there is a spacious sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire, a sociable dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, containing everything you could possibly need including a slow cooker and a dishwasher. From here, there is access to the balcony, which makes the most of the exceptional views, offering a scenic spot to enjoy a glass of wine or an alfresco meal. Continuing to impress, guests have access to tennis courts, a games room and a children’s play area, as well as an on-site restaurant and a shop. In addition to the 20 acres of rolling countryside to enjoy, avid ramblers will be delighted by the collection of local walks and nature trails that await them, including the Tamar Trails, the Kit Hill Country Park, a hike to the Cadsonbury Hill Fort, as well as the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park, which play host to a countless number of routes and views. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
