The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a further double, a twin, and a ground-floor twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom, a ground-floor wet room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Two highchairs, a travel cot (no bedding), and a stairgate are available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 1 mile. Ty Arwen is a fabulous base for an escape to Anglesey. Note: There are steps between the kitchen/diner and the sitting room. Note: Dogs welcome at an extra charge. Note: Check-in from 5:30pm, check-out by 10am.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
