The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with seating for five guests and a Smart TV and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a bunk and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and pub and within 0.8 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available. Station House is a wonderful dwelling, perfect for a family escape to Wales.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
