The property also has an annexe with two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lawned gardens, two patios, a waterfall pond, furniture, a barbecue, four acres of woodland, a tennis court and table tennis. St Asaph has a population of just over 3500 people and was awarded city status in 2012. Situated in the Vale of Clwyd and overlooking the rivers Elwy and Clwyd, this city provides opportunities for riverside walks. St Asaph is also home to an historic cathedral, which dates back 1400 years in parts and has the reputation of being the smallest, ancient cathedral in Britain.
