No upright shower in property. Open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. Sun room. External, sheltered utility area

Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own.

Branscombe is home to a number of historic buildings worth noting; the Old Bakery and Forge, both National Trust properties, are just some of which can be found nearby. Branscombe Mouth has a beach, a restaurant complete with thatched roof and a wealth of rock pools just waiting to be searched. World of Country Life is a few miles away and is an award winning family day out.
