Slightly further afield is the city of Exeter, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants. For history lovers Fursdon House and Gardens gives an insight into the heritage of the area. This unique accommodation comprises of a hut and a lodge. Entering the lodge into the lounge area you are greeted with spectacular countryside views, a comfy sofa and TV/DVD.
