2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 king size room. 1 shower room with walk in shower and WC. Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge/freezer. TV. Ample off road parking available. Unfortunately, EV charging is not possible at the cottage. There are local EV points in Kirkbymoorside, Pickering and Helmsley. Garden with lawn, patio and garden furniture (note access is to the side of the cottage, not directly). Wi Fi included. 2 dogs welcome maximum medium sized, well behaved, quiet dogs welcomed in this cottage. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are happy to be caged (cage not provided) and are not likely to bark. We kindly request that they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. Travel cot, highchair and cot. Underfloor heating. Pub less than 100 yards. Shop within 5 miles. Floorplan available upon request for your information. Bookings only to start on a Friday or Monday.

A glorious expanse of heather covered countryside, there are wonderful walks and bike trails to enjoy right from the doorstep, with quaint villages along the way including Hutton le Hole (7 miles), Rosedale Abbey (6 miles) and Danby (9.5 miles). There's a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants to explore in the popular market towns of Helmsley (14 miles) and Pickering (17 miles). Local attractions include Duncombe Park (15 miles), Nunnington Hall (14 miles) and Castle Howard (20 miles). You could also head to Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast (25 miles). Retaining original features including exposed beams and stonework and double height ceilings, this lovely former stable has been imaginatively converted into a light and beautiful single level holiday home. It is full of character and features a cosy and inviting lounge/diner. The tastefully furnished lounge is an ideal space to unwind in, with comfortable seating and a TV, and a pretty dining area. You can also prepare a meal in the stylish and fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Exploring this spacious cottage further, you will find two delightful bedrooms. There are one double bedroom and a king size room, both with heated flooring, stone walls and TVs. There is also a shower room which is complete with a large walk in shower and a WC. Heading outside, you will find a garden with a large lawn and a stone patio with plenty of furniture, so you can sit back and enjoy the day..
