This area of the house offers a great social space to catch up over a meal or breakfast. Next door there is a utility/boot room with washing machine, this room can be accessed from the garden. There is a spacious lounge further down the hall with Smart TV/DVD and patio doors which open out onto the garden/patio. At the end of a busy day enjoy the comfy seating and watch a good movie. The house offers three spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
