Whether you're hiking through rugged hills, hurtling down mountain bike trails, or meandering along the shoreline of the loch, you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you with lots to see and do. As you enter the property you will step into the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. The kitchen area has been designed with ease in mind having an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and in the centre of the room is a dining table where you can look forward to enjoying some homecooked meals. The lounge area is the perfect place to curl up and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day exploring the area or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink whilst taking in the views from the window. Heading from the lounge into the hall you will find two brightly decorated bedrooms, one double room and one twin room with two singles. To complete the property, there is a stylish bathroom that has a shower and WC. Venturing outside from the rear entrance there is a spacious decking area with a hot tub which you can sink into and unwind after a long day. There is a picnic table where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on a warm evening. Just off the main lawn, you will find a private path that leads down to the water s edge with breathtaking views to Loch Linnhe, Glencoe and the Isle of Mull.
