Offers both Friday or Saturday arrivals for 2022, so please enquire if you would like to arrive on a Saturday . 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom. 1 bathroom WC and shower. Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in separate outbuilding. Welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Property is heated by night storage heaters and electric panel radiators. Smart freeview TV. Wi Fi included (speed can be variable). Towels not included. Towels are available to hire from the owner for 5 per person. Garden with furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars, though please be aware that there is a difficult corner to reverse back round. There is a farm track to the house that is in a good state of repair though quite steep. Shared electric car charging point available usage costs to be paid directly to the owners. Located on a working farm with herdwick sheep. Mobile reception can be variable. Pub 2 miles Shop 4.5 miles. Fresh farm eggs are available to buy from the owner 1.50 for box of 6.

A stay on the west of the national park also puts Cumbria s remarkable coastline just a short drive away. Venture to the nearby village of Seascale (7 miles) to discover miles of shingle beach.
