The property itself has an attractive and well laid out kitchen/lounge/diner which doubles as a warm refuge from the vibrant town centre. There are two spacious bedrooms and a large family bathroom with shower and seperate bath. A parking permit is provided for those wishing to explore South Devon and the countless seaside towns within easy commuting distance. Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 double, 2 single. Rooms: Ground Floor - Kitchen/dining/living room, Second Floor - twin bedroom, family bathroom, Third Floor - master bedroom Kitchen & Utilities: Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven and hob, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Entertainment: 32' TV, CD player/radio, Wifi Outside: Shared courtyard with seating for 2 Parking:A parking permit is provided for all year round use on the Mayor Avenue car park on a first come first serve basis, only a short walk away Child and Baby Friendly: Not suitable for toddlers due to stairs. General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Notes: No Smoking. The Little White House is not suitable for toddlers due to steep stairs. Wifi provided. Mobile signal good.
