Archway into well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table to seat four. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and fitted wardrobes. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Lawn area to the front of the property. A door from the kitchen gives access to a rear porch, which opens out to the private enclosed patio with garden table and bench.
