Just on with Snaptrip Cottages, this conveniently located apartment close to West Looe key side.

Tideways is situated in the heart of West Looe, with its cluster of local shops and traditional pub. This conveniently sited and peaceful apartment is just yards away from Looe harbourside, and is an easy 5 - 10 minute level walk from busier East Looe, with its bustling shops, pubs, restaurants and gorgeous sandy beach. There is also the option of taking the nearby ferry boat which transports visitors across the river at high tide, and only takes a couple of minutes. Tideways Apartment is bright and airy, is immaculately presented and would suit couples and small families. It is traditionally and comfortably furnished with a homely ambience throughout. The window in the generous living/dining room offers views across the rooftops and beyond. Guests can also enjoy the small decked area outside, with a bistro table and chairs where you can unwind after a delightful day at the seaside.

Accommodation:

Private entrance to the quietly located apartment via two flights of steps to the front door. The rooms all lead off a central corridor. Open plan Living/dining room with leather sofa and arm chair, flatscreen TV and DVD, round dining table and four chairs, electric log burning stove and night storage heater. Compact, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Double bedroom with a 4ft 6in double bed. Single bedroom with 3ft bed (an additional fold away bed is available on request, which could accommodate an extra child). Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside:

A small decked area is accessed via 3 steps, with an attractive bistro table and two chairs. The owner's garden is up further steps beyond this terrace which is fenced for privacy.

Parking: No designated parking currently available. Vehicular access to property for unloading. Parking available at Millpool Car Park, 5 mins walk. Weekly ticket approx. £38.00.

Tideways Apartment can be booked in conjunction with The Old Bakehouse at an extra cost, and availability permitting. This 1 bedroomed studio apartment is situated directly beneath Tideways (although completely separate and distinct apartments, they share the street entrance) and for larger parties, can provide a separate living space with double bedroom, perhaps for grandparents holidaying with the family.

Looe

· The Old Guildhall in Looe is one of the town's oldest buildings and has traditionally acted as the Town Hall, more recently it houses a fantastic museum of local history.

· Looe is home to a large number of pubs, restaurants, and shops that can provide anything you need while renting a holiday cottage in the area.

· A visit to Looe Island is possible in the summer months and there is a marked trail around the island that takes in the site of a Benedictine chapel built in 1139. It's also a wonderful place to explore the rich local wildlife.
