Description
The living space is all on the ground floor, with a lovely french doorway framing the breath-taking sea views. The open-plan sitting area has modern furniture and boasts a stunning feature stone wall. The dining area is perfect for everyone to gather and socialise over a home-cooked evening meal. You will find a smart, well-equipped kitchen, with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A small double bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes the ground floor. The first floor is home to a master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. The private, patio terrace area has furniture so you can enjoy a relaxing evening overlooking the sea with a refreshing glass of wine. Off-road parking is available onsite. While you're in the area, take a trip towards the coast, which offers an abundance of watersports, and the lovely Blacklands Beach, ideal for family day trips. Also nearby is the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail, both running through the town and are excellent for keen walkers and cyclists. With so much to explore, don't forget to venture into the neighbouring towns and villages for a wealth of attractions to see. With just a two minute walk to the Funicular railway between Lynton and Lynmouth and also very close to 2 small supermarkets, as well as pubs, cafes and restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice.
