Torleven Cottage is a charming traditional cottage situated at the top of Fore Street in Porthleven, tucked away behind the charity shop yet only a few hundred yards from the harbour. The property is set over two floors and has been furnished in a bright, contemporary style whilst keeping some of the original character of the property, making it a cosy and welcoming base to return to after a day exploring the local area. Outside there is a lovely mature cottage garden with patio table and chairs, kettle BBQ and a handy washing line for drying clothes. Sleeps: 4. Bedrooms: 2. Beds: 1x kingsize (5'), 1x twin (2'6" zip and link, can be linked together to form 5' kingsize bed upon request). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over two floors with fairly steep and narrow stairs. Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine. Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen. Fixed stairgate in place downstairs. Outside: Private enclosed garden with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Parking: No private parking but on-road parking usually available nearby. Nearest beach: 0.3 miles. Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles. Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am. General: Free WiFi provided.
