The area is perfect for cyclists and walkers to explore the countryside and wildlife. Guests who enjoy water sports can visit the Alton Water Visitor Centre where you will also find a children’s play area, mini golf, café and picnic site. Guests are welcome to bring 2 dogs and the owner thoughtfully provides a a welcome basket, dog beds and a purpose built outdoor kennel with an indoor area so they can be left in a comfortable environment. For those wanting to venture in to the local town of Ipswich, there are plenty of historic sites to see, or simply shop and stop for a coffee and watch the world go by.
