No smoking.. Ty Heddwch offers a spacious and calm environment for a relaxing getaway for couples or small families with children. Being a corner, semi detached house gives a secluded and private feeling. There is free parking on the road in front and side of the house. On the ground floor is a well supplied kitchen sufficient for essential cooking. The living room has a comfy leather sofa to let you relax and watch your favourite entertainment on the Smart HD LED TV with an inbuilt DVD player. Our open plan living room leads to a dining area with a large dining table. The newly fitted modern sliding door with obscure glass between living room and conservatory provides warmth and privacy to the holiday home. Large conservatory with a 3 piece sofa set gives a traditional cottage feel for you to sit back, relax or sunbathe . The First floor has a spacious, master double bedroom with a newly fitted traditional king size bed (solid Sheesham wood ). The entire house benefits from the new double glazing that enhances the warmth and sound proofing to ensure a good night’s sleep. The Second bedroom also has 2 standard Wooden Sheesham single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Outside is a well fenced back yard with a gravelled floor and wooden picnic table to enjoy morning breakfast or picnic on sunny days while watching children play around in a well secure surrounding. The front lawned garden has beautiful lilies and other flowering plants, tall hedges and uniquely placed trees that provide tranquility and calm serenity to settle back in, weather dependent. Our property offers the perfect getaway for couples or small families to escape from their day to day routines. From the blue- flagged Prestatyn beaches to Snowdonia’s mountains, everything is within reach from our cottage. If you’d prefer to stay at home, you can relax with a cuppa in the conservatory whilst being amongst nature at the same time. Let your dogs or children be free in the garden knowing that it is well secure and they’re enjoying themselves. The bustling seaside of Rhyl is only 5 miles away, with its sweeping promenade, various attractions and lively nightlife, there’s always something to suit all ages in this diverse region. There are plenty of walks and waterfalls nearby, such as the Dyserth Waterfall, Offa Dyke path. For those interested in natural scenic beauty Ty Heddwch is near to glorious Clwydian mountain ranges, Llandudno and areas of outstanding beauty. Plenty of nature trails in surrounding woodlands lead to mountain edges that provide unique panoramic views of sea and shoreline. Other major attractions for adventurous tourists like Snowden mountains, Betws-y-Coed, Beaumaris and Anglesey can be reached in about 45 minutes and can be accomplished as a day trip. North Wales is also home to magnificent waterfalls. Famous waterfalls like Aber Falls, Fairy Falls are within a 30 minutes drive. There is so much to explore and experience and having excellent connectivity with the A55 makes all of this possible. Bodelwyddan itself is home to over 60 listed buildings including the Marble church and Bodelwyddan castle. There are many more castles to visit, such as Conwy Castle, Gwrych Castle (home to the 2020 ‘I’m a celebrity get me out of here’)and Rhuddlan Castle. Our holiday home is in close proximity to many shops, pubs, restaurants, malls and much more.
