Stone Barn is a modern barn conversion designed with self-catering holiday guests in mind It has been totally transformed from a disused building into a luxury holiday get-away with all the comforts you should wish for Quite a project - and an achievement - the owners of this Grade II listed barn which was erected in 1879 The property comfortably sleeps 5 adults or a mixed party of adults and children of 6 There are three bedrooms on the ground floor is one king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom one super-king bed which can be set up as twin room on request with en-suite shower room The third bedroom is on the first floor which is a small double bed 4 With your comfort in mind we suggest this bedroom is best suited to one adult or can accommodate two children There is a shower room off the hall on the first floor making three bathrooms in total The large open plan living area is upstairs with a comfy corner sofa and custom-made entertainment centre with Wi-Fi Sky Netflix and a 55 inch UHD Smart TV A large electric flame effect fire provides all the comfort and ambience of a real fire without the soot The kitchen features a large fridge freezer induction NEFF hob and state-of-the-art extractor fan - straight from Sci-Fi The kitchen table can be extended for special occasions There s a utility area under the stairs with washing machine tumble drier iron and high chair A travel cot is available upon request There are child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs Outside cross the bridge into a garden with lawn flower beds and a patio area or turn left for a relaxing dip in the hot tub that seats up to six with a view of St Michael s church best viewed with a plastic glass of fizz Please bring your own towels for the hot tub Well-behaved dogs are welcome Security deposit A security deposit of 250 is required to book this property to cover the cost of any damage during your stay All things being well this security deposit will be returned shortly after your departure providing there is no damage to the property or its contents You will receive further information about what is covered before arrival Lucy the owner will contact you after your booking to take payment separately for the security deposit
