Bratton Mill Farmhouse offer spacious self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 8 guests It is set in a valley beneath the village of Bratton Fleming in North Devon with mature riverside gardens that lead into the open countryside and has extensive woodland views This property has recently been added more photos coming soon Sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms One king-size bed two double beds and one twin bedroom Sitting room with wood-burning fire Large kitchen breakfast room Laundry room Boot room Situated on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon Set beside a trout stream with large garden Bed linen and towels are provided Electricity heating and wifi included Arrive from 3pm Depart by 10 am Please note there is no mobile phone reception due to the location of the property The front door leads into the large living area which is beautifully furnished with antiques with riverside conservatory - the perfect spot to sit quietly and read or just watch the wildlife and stream go by The large kitchen breakfast room with traditional Rayburn and larder cupboard There is also a downstairs cloakroom and laundry room with washing machine tumble dryer and pulley airer Upstairs comprises of a spacious beautifully furnished king size bedroom with small en-suite a large double bedroom a twin bedroom a small double bedroom and a family bathroom Security deposit A security deposit of 150 is required when booking this property This will be added to the total price of your booking and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement maximum of 2 A supplementary fee of 15 will be added to your invoice per dog Please do not allow you dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time Strictly no smoking Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests Bratton Mill Farmhouse is available for week-long bookings with changeovers on Sundays during the summer Bookings of less than 7 nights may be available at other times
