The Mill House at Heasley Mill has been sympathetically modernised and decorated to ensure it remains in keeping with the period and character yet offers all the comforts you would expect from a quality holiday cottage The sitting room features a fireplace with exposed wooden beams and wood burning stove the kitchen is beautifully appointed with oak worktops butler sink and AGA UPSTAIRS Sleeps up to 6 guests baby in three bedrooms One double bedroom Two twin bedrooms one with en-suite shower room with WC Family Bathroom DOWNSTAIRS Spacious SITTING ROOM with wood burner Separate DINING ROOM KITCHEN with breakfast table CLOAKROOM with WC UTILITY ROOM OUTSIDE Enclosed patio area to the front of the property ideal for children and dogs Cottage garden to the side and rear Garden furniture and BBQ Off road parking for one car Bed linen and towels are provided but NOT bedding for cot WIFI heating and electricity included DOGS welcome max 2 Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am The ground floor of the property comprises the kitchen dining room and sitting room all three overlook the enclosed patio area to the front of the cottage The traditionally narrow staircase leads up from the dining area to the first floor where there are three bedrooms one with en-suite and the family bathroom A security deposit of 100 is required when booking this property This will be added to the total price of your booking and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement maximum of 2 Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time We do not charge for dogs they are very welcome You are of course liable for any canine damage and you are expected to leave the property canine evidence-free inside and out
