One Grooms Cottage in Dunster is a traditional stone built property that has recently been renovated and modernised throughout to offer luxury holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests The cottage is beautifully presented and includes the usual selection of modern conveniences plus a number of smart technology items including SKY Netflix and Goggle Home to give the property that real wow factor Further details provided under the Appliances and Amenties section The accommodation is split between two levels entering through the front door on the upper level the entrance leads down a few steps to the kitchen area Double doors open into the dining room with large oak table and chairs The sitting room is also on the upper level Downstairs are the three bedrooms two double bedrooms king-sized beds and one twin bedroom There is one en-suite shower room and one family bathroom Outside there is a small courtyard which is accessed via one of the bedrooms Sleeps up to 6 guests Only a minutes walk from Dunster High Street Kitchen with all modern appliances Large dining room Two double bedrooms king-sized beds one with en-suite shower room One twin bedroom Up to 2 very well-behaved dogs welcome for supplement of 15 Towels and bed linen provided Wifi heating and electricity included Off-road parking for up to two cars Exmoor walks from the front door An easy walk into Dunster with shops restaurants etc Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Two very well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement strictly two dogs maximum A supplementary fee of 15 will be added to your invoice per dog Please do not allow your dog s downstairs in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture and do not leave them alone in the property at any time Strictly no smoking The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests
