The accommodation comprises a large kitchen on the ground floor; an adjacent light and airy dining area with french doors to the garden; a first floor sunny sitting room as well as characterful and light master suite. This charming property enjoys wonderful views across farmland and privately owned woodland. The attractive enclosed garden is the ideal spot to enjoy relaxing meals al fresco.
As well as the magnificent pastoral landscape surrounding The Granary, guests can also enjoy the privately owned lake which is well stocked with Tench, Bream, Rudd, Perch and even Bleak. Wildlife enthusiasts will appreciate the surrounding, varied nature. You can even enjoy a delicious home made cream tea in the summer house overlooking the lake.
Located at the edge of the Forest of Dean, guests have a choice of walking routes from the doorstep. The Granary is set within a working farm where the livestock consists of cows, llamas and dogs and llama walks can be organised directly with the owners. This stunning llama farm is a haven of calm and tranquillity. Ideally located with the Malvern hills in the distance, and approximately nine acres of beautiful woodland as part of the 32 acre site. There is also a small lake that is home to many wild birds, waterfowl, and fish.
