This very attractive, well-appointed detached house built in 2018 offers all the benefits and comforts of modern living in a tasteful, relaxed style. If you are looking for a superb base from which to explore endless fabulous beaches, coastal paths, towns and villages, beautiful country houses, quite like a spot of shopping, enjoy cycling, walking, eating - the list goes on - you've found it!

Sleeping five in total, the layout of this elegant house works very well either for full occupancy, with spacious living areas, and generous-sized bedrooms, or it works just as well for a couple on their own who like a bit more space. The ground floor has a very well-equipped dining kitchen with doors leading out to the garden. The sitting room, also dual aspect, on the other side of the entrance hall, has sumptuous sofas to sink into, inviting you to take a seat, chat about the day, watch the television or read a book. This room has doors opening to the garden too. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single. The sunny, fully enclosed garden at the back of house has wonderful open views across adjoining fields and provides a peaceful and private additional relaxation space.

Samphire House sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Bodham, just a few miles east of the lovely Georgian town of Holt, on the road to Cromer, and three miles or so inland of the coast at Weybourne and Sheringham. This is a great walking area for both you and your four-legged friend if they are lucky enough to come along too, with Kelling Heath, Roman Camp and Sheringham Park all close by. The village also has the benefit of a great pub just around the corner, handy for a bite to eat and perhaps an opportunity to meet some of the locals. There is so much to explore in this area of North Norfolk that we are sure, once discovered, it will be a destination that you will wish to return to time and time again.
