This beautifully renovated, semi-detached 17th century cottage combines traditional features with modern styling. Set within the curtilage of Clifton Maybank House, Brew House Cottage is the perfect home from home. The adjoining three bedroom property, Bake House Cottage, is also available to book, an ideal option for larger groups or two families holidaying together.

Brew House Cottage’s shaker-style dining kitchen is well-equipped and includes a large table with seating for up to 10 people. The sitting room features an original hamstone fireplace with wood burning stove, a 55" Smart television and plenty of comfortable seating. On the first floor are two bedrooms with super-king size beds; bedroom one features lovely garden views and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious second bedroom enjoys triple aspect windows, a sofa and easy access to the family bathroom just off the landing. Underfloor heating runs throughout and both bathrooms are well appointed, including over-bath, high-pressure rain showers.

To the front of the cottage is a lawned garden with a picnic bench and barbecue. Guests have the opportunity to explore the surrounding grounds with walks across the fields to the nearby river, bookable access to a tennis court and are within easy reach of Sherborne, Yeovil and surrounding villages.
