Located in a quiet location and within easy walking distance of the sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, which boasts a Links golf course and a Michelin-starred restaurant, this house will excite you from the moment you step inside. Also available to book for up to ten guests, with use of the first floor, we are delighted to offer this wonderful holiday home to smaller groups of up to four guests, using just two of the five bedrooms (both located on the ground floor).

Bi-fold doors lead out onto the fully-enclosed terrace and garden. This superb space has been beautifully designed by the owners and the games room and outdoor eating and dining area is an extension of your living space. Perfect for lazy lunches after returning from the beach, or evening sundowners and barbecues, you can snuggle down even on cooler evenings, as this area is both heated and boasts outdoor lighting. Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Downstairs you’ll find two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is mobility friendly.
This house certainly delivers on entertainment; with ultra-fast fibre broadband, a wireless sound system and smart televisions. There are gadgets to shut the blinds, make you a coffee in the morning and pretty much most things. The ambient and mood lighting is a special feature of this property. However. if you want a break from all that technology, there is always a selection of games and books to enjoy too.
