This beautifully finished barn conversion is both family and pet friendly, boasting a large garden with terrace and spectacular far reaching rural views across the North York Moors landscape. Five Acres features a very spacious open-plan living area comprising of a high quality, bespoke kitchen with AGA (turned off during the summer months) and dining table seating eight, leading through to a luxuriously comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. Original wooden beams and exposed brickwork add to the charm of this characterful property, while the large, arched french windows flood the living area with natural light. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature antique beds. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and there is an additional shower room adjacent to the second bedroom. On the first floor is a further bathroom and two more bedrooms, the largest of which has a lovely Juliet balcony with views of the surrounding countryside.

The grounds surrounding Five Acres are a real delight. Chickens roam freely around the large, mature gardens so please keep four legged friends under close control. Although the garden is enclosed, the fence is low and not dog proof! Guests can look forward to the large terrace with seating, a fire pit and pretty pergola.

A few miles away is the pretty village of Boltby, with Sutton Bank, famous for its sweeping views and walking trails, just a short drive away.
