11 Anchorage View is tucked away in a small development within the pretty coastal village of Brancaster with its glorious sandy beach and dunes. With countryside views from the Juliette balcony from the master bedroom this lovely detached residence, is well-located for exploring the coast and is in an easy walk of Brancaster beach, a shop and good gastro pub too.
Indoor and outdoor social space in this ‘upside down house’ makes this a great place to stay for a group of friends travelling together or if you’re a couple who love your own privacy and space, then this would suit you too. This laid-back and relaxed holiday home with coastal accents is well-furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for to enjoy a relaxed holiday. With its fully-enclosed lawned south-facing garden too, it makes it ideal for those with children or a dog.
On entering the house, you are greeted by a spacious hallway with two double bedrooms leading off. One has a door which leads directly onto the garden and both are served by a lovely shower room on the ground floor plus a large utility/kitchen which also has a door to the garden. Head upstairs and you’ll find a further smaller kitchen with small bar/eating area, large sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area with a table and seating six with views to the front and rear over the fields plus a beautifully light master bedroom suite with vaulted ceiling, velux windows and a Juliette balcony with views over the surrounding countryside. With its large Super King bed you can enjoy lazy starts while the sun wakes you from your dreamy slumber. With a large family bathroom with double-width shower cubicle, the master suite certainly doesn’t disappoint. For those of you who have to work when away from home, there is a desk area set aside on the landing to enable you to do this. This property is undoubtedly in a good spot for exploring the local area which can be explored without even reaching for the car keys!
