Lakeside Lodge, as the name suggests is situated next to private fishing lakes at Dorset Springs and is the perfect relaxing retreat for couples or families alike.

Contemporary in style, this luxury lodge is light and spacious throughout, with a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area complete with a modern wood burning stove. Sliding doors lead out to the decked area where the hot tub overlooks this beautiful lakeside setting. The flexible, tastefully furnished accommodation includes two ground floor double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and, on the first floor, just off of a bright landing, is a twin children’s bedroom with a colourful den and playroom with a day bed.

Guests staying at this property will see plenty of wildlife such as the resident geese and ducks in and around the lake. There are numerous species of fish within this protected lake, which can only be fished by a few privileged Dorset Springs members. However, guests staying at Lakeside lodge will be able to watch the fisherman land their catch! The village of Sturminster Marshall, with its own local shop and pub is the perfect base for your Dorset adventure to begin and there are many more charming Dorset villages to explore. The property is ideally situated for those looking for a special break in a unique location, whilst also being well placed for day trips to nearby Poole, Wimborne, Dorchester or Bournemouth. The Jurassic Coast, the Isle of Purbeck, Corfe Castle and Studland are all within easy reach.
