Built in 2010 using traditional materials, to a very high specification, this smart property offers light and spacious living, ideally suited to couples, friends and older families. The Gatekeepers, positioned on the edge of the village, is set back and sideways onto the road to the coast and is beautifully presented, upstairs and down. From the feature glazed entrance, you are greeted by a bright and welcoming vaulted hallway that runs the length of the house and leads to all ground floor rooms.The well-equipped modern fitted kitchen is a generous size and has room for a small dining area - perfect for enjoying a quiet morning cuppa, some breakfast or a quick lunchtime snack. The kitchen opens to the adjoining sitting room - a really lovely, snugly room, with a feature wood burning stove and french doors that open to the front garden so you can let the warmth in on sunny days. At the far end of the hallway is a more formal dining room, where everyone can share a meal together, this doubles up as a very pleasant garden room with some seating and french doors opening to the sunny main garden at the back of the house. Sitting in the middle of the main living areas, is a double bedroom with a high level privacy window, and an en-suite shower room, simply perfect for anyone who might find climbing stairs a bit of a struggle. Upstairs on the first floor, is a very inviting, luxury master bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, and a third bedroom, with full-size twin single beds, and a family bathroom. The rear garden is fully enclosed, ensuring you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon, knowing that your family pets cannot escape!
Docking is a friendly village and a well-positioned, very convenient base for exploring both coastal and rural North Norfolk. If you feel like having a lazy day 'at home', the garden offers comfortable seating and a quiet space for chilling out.
