This charming cottage is the ideal retreat for families looking to explore the wonderful countryside in this popular part of Devon, with opportunities for enjoyable walks right from the doorstep. The accommodation is cleverly styled to make the most of the characterful features, but with contemporary furnishings throughout with ample space for all the family. On the ground floor is a country-style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools along with a breakfast table and chairs. Continue through to the separate dining room; a well-appointed sitting room; a spacious utility and laundry room; and a large shower room. The first floor of the cottage includes the four bedrooms; a super-king size, two doubles with king-size beds; and a single room, served by the impressive family bathroom with a feature free-standing bath and separate shower enclosure.
Making the most of the special location is the garden terrace at front of the cottage, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining. Nearby, sitting above a large grassed garden fringed with woodland, is a timber cabin with further garden seating, a second outdoor dining table and a barbecue for al-fresco dining under the stars.
With the popular seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton just a 30 minute drive away, or the cathedral city of Exeter just 40 minutes away, Quantock Farm is the ideal location for coast or country and enjoying family time together.
