This grade II listed property, comfortably sleeping 10 guests, sits just on the outskirts of Bolton-by-Bowland in the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is set amongst open farmland and countryside offering unspoilt views from every room.
Filled with character, Laneside house features low ceilings, exposed beams, mullion windows and stone flag floors, creating traditional accommodation for friends and family to enjoy a short break or much needed holiday within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park or the Ribble Valley on the edge of Lancashire.
Follow the woodland track through the established gardens that lead to the main entrance and hallway, handy for coats and welly boots, and enter into the delightful open-plan kitchen and dining area where you will find a wood burning stove; breakfast bar island; and dining table seating 10 guests, creating the perfect space for a large group to settle down and feast around the table followed by a board game or two whilst someone else does the washing up. Further along the hallway guests can relax in either the snug, study or sitting room, home to a second wood burning stove, ideal for cosy nights in after a day exploring nearby Malham Cove or walking up one of the three peaks.
Upstairs on the first floor are the five beautiful bedrooms. Bedroom one enjoys its own picturesque balcony overlooking the gardens and an en-suite bathroom. The four further bedrooms all have king-size beds and use of both the family bathroom along with a Jack and Jill bathroom with free-standing bath nestled between bedrooms four and five.
The large lawn, established flower beds and generous patio area is ideal for taking the dining experience outdoors through the kitchen patio doors, spending the evening around the firepit reminiscing and catching up on quality time with those closest to you.
