Nestled in the picturesque village of Flitcham, surrounded by the beautiful rural landscape of the nearby royal Sandringham Estate, The Old Chapel awaits. Dating back to 1885, the Old Chapel has been lovingly restored to a superb standard and is decadently and considerately decorated throughout.
As you enter the property, stable doors open up into a well-appointed kitchen, complete with all that you’ll need to cater for loved ones. Adjacent, you’ll find the long church table and benches that can comfortably seat the group.
Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find two separate living areas, with both lending a range of facilities that will please guests of various ages and interests. The stylishly furnished sitting room boasts a large open fire just waiting to be lit, sofa’s, two armchairs and plenty of space. For entertainment, the large Smart television has been enabled with Sky Q and Netflix. The second room, is a smaller games room, where you’ll find a PS4, board games and shelves full of books.
The bedrooms comprise of a large master with a King size bed, a double room and a twin-bedded option. Every room encompasses its own unique character complete with Tempur mattresses and cushions for a great night of rest. The master bedroom boosts a large walk-in wardrobe area and has character features such as a chase lounge and its own private shower to be uniquely viewed from the comfort of its sleigh bed.
The upstairs of the house boasts a master bathroom with deep free-standing bath and separate shower, ideal for stargazing through the nearby velux.
Outside, you’ll find ample off-road parking on the gravelled driveway, accommodating two cars. Beyond, you are greeted by a landscaped garden that offers a large purpose-built barbecue area and plenty of seating. With this space being to the rear of the property, you’ll find it to be a nice private space where you can enjoy meals, a good book or just some much needed peace and quiet.
