Step into the light and airy hallway leading you into the open-plan, modern kitchen and dining area. Here you will find top-of-the-range appliances, perfect for entertaining and cooking up a feast for all to enjoy, and a large circular dining table to enjoy a social gathering over some home-cooked food and a glass of wine.
The ground floor also offers an expansive living area, complete with three comfortable and contemporary sofas, a large coffee table, and a 55 inch wall-mounted Smart television, perfect for a cosy night watching your favourite film, not forgetting the popcorn! A small cloakroom can also be found on this floor. Abelia offers underfloor heating throughout the ground floor for that added comfort.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area, and living area, both provide bi-folding doors leading out to the rear garden area; a real suntrap on those sunny afternoons and ideal for a barbecue after a day of exploring.
Inside, follow the stairs to the first floor to find four bright and tastefully furnished bedrooms, scattered with crushed velvet cushions, fluffy throws, and luxurious bed linens, all to ensure a cosy and comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms are fitted with Smart television and are serviced by the family bathroom. To the rear of the first floor, there is a twin bedroom, ideal for children or teens, and a king-size bedroom, whilst to the front, you will find another king-size bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
This stunning, detached, brand-new build, lies close to Porth Kidney’s beautiful, dog-friendly beach as well as Lelant’s well-known golf course, and is only a short walk from the village pub and shop.
