Reviews

Spent the weekend here with the girls last week. It was lovely. The Chapel was lovely & clean. Nice little touches everywhere but not cluttered. Comfortable living area & dining. Kitchen small but nice. could do with oven gloves but we managed. Had a great time & if you want there are plenty of things to do around but we mainly stayed in & relaxed. Already booked for next year.

I've stayed here many times now and I can't recommend it enough! Delightful building which has been tastefully and contemporarily converted from an old chapel. Always clean warm and welcoming. All the comforts and extras are here that you'd need for any length of stay. Plenty of room for lots of guests in a nice relaxing atmosphere. The location is picturesque beyond belief and is like something out of a story book, with the steam train serenely passing by over the road between the mountains beyond, you could watch the view all day. But I'd recommend that you don't, because there is so much to see and do with a few minutes walk or drive. Highly recommended.

We went to this cottage just after Xmas a family of 10 so looking forward to this place ad so many good reviews. But when we got there the place was not clean the was dirty underwear in Drew’s. My self and daughter got stuck in the kitchen it tuck 2 hours to clean. The was stains on every chair around the dinner table.we have to clean the fridge and left food. The place is a mess dirty windows bathrooms ad hair in it . The plaster of walls and ceilings and walls very dirty. I would not go back that paid me. We got in touch with Sykes. And told them i sent them 34 pictures of dirty cottage. I waited 15 days to hear from Sykes and told me owner is do nothing about. Please don’t go to this cottage it was so upsetting for ma and my family and especially my grandchildren. We or not a family to complain we go away every for the last 10 years and the first I done this and Sykes our no better Linda

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful accommodation this weekend. Brilliant location with beautiful views too. The Chapel is fantastically laid out to a very high standard, with more than you need to enjoy your stay. Everything is so thoughtfully laid out. Everything about the accommodation was more than perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay and enjoy this beautiful property.
