Where to start!! What a fabulous Barn.. the facilities, the location, the ever so helpful owner - really couldn't have asked for a better week away as we left the first lockdown of 2020. Was an amazing week, and really needed! The barn is a beautiful conversion, with all the mod cons you need for holiday break and more. There was no need to leave the barn, although we obviously did, can't imagine a better place to set off from for a whole level of walks every day! Not having to use the cars for the week (plenty of storage for a weeks worth of food for 12 of us!). The layout of the barn lends itself to a really communal atmosphere for a great family (or friends) break, but with breakout areas for quieter times if needed! To wake up every morning and weather permitting look out on to Ingleborough in all its glory was wonderful. All equipment/facilities in the barn were of great quality and there was things that we didn't know we needed on hand! The quality of fixtures and fittings, bedding and towel/robes were 5* hotel quality. Can't wait to go back again!

1st of all the owners have took every precautions to keep you safe from this covid virus, the place is clean and our group of 11 felt safe from it the whole visit, welldone to the owner and cleaning staff. This cottage is alot bigger than it looks in the pictures, its very peaceful with great veiws and walks stright from your door. Our group varied in ages from 2 to 38 and everyone loved it equally, from the hottub(which was cleaned everyday) to the pool table, ps4 or straight out into a walk. The cottage is isolated and very quite outside, we liked the speakers over the hottub while enjoying the veiws. Its very upto date insde the cottage with plenty of fridge space to get all our food in (under counter and a free standing 1), overall this is a outstanding cottage which is very well designed and we have already rebooked for a winter break, welldone three peaks barn and thanks for the relaxing stay andrew,a

We found the Three Peaks Barn via Sykes cottages. It was a fantastic week for our extended family. The cottage is so homely and welcoming and set in the most beautiful location! There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area including the Three Peaks, Ingleton Waterfall walk, Kirby Lonsdale, Hawes, WhiteScar Caves etc. The views are simply stunning with the Ribblehead Viaduct and the three peaks in each direction. The sunrise and sunsets were particularly spectacular. We are already looking at rebooking for next year!

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We loved the size of the house and it was great that we could all fit around the dining table and there was plenty of seating in the living room for everyone. The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming and explained everything on our arrival.

Absolutely brilliant. Our family and friends from 6 to 77 all thought it was the best accommodation we had ever had and we have had a lot! It was extremely well equipped and had some lovely touches. Our children loved the hot tub which was meticulously maintained. They enjoyed the pool table, the Wii and the big beds! The adults appreciated the WiFi, the cleanliness, the quality of the furnishings and the space for cars. Overall we had an excellent week and look forward to the next one.

The Hot Tub was fab especially in the snow on a clear sunny morning with those fantastic views of the hills and the Ribblehead viaduct, absolutely stunning! Also the choice of games, books, DVDs in lounge was really good. It was also very helpful having the friendly owners on hand to help and advise. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

A lovely house in a great location and the hot tub was an added bonus. They had thought of everything you needed and every room was perfect. Our whole family loved it.

Rated by Mr Hitchcock reviewed on 6th September 2014

We liked its remote location. It was so safe for our grandchildren. The hot tub was an added bonus. The accommodation gave us plenty of space. We enjoyed being able to keep an eye on the little ones wherever we were in the house. It was perfect. There were eleven of us in the house but we had loads of space to spread out. The weather was so good that we were able to have so many meals outside. The pictures of the place do not do it justice.

Rated by Mrs Gooding reviewed on 3rd August 2014

Fantastic property for a group of seniors who walked the Dales Way! Everything was as stated on the website. We particularly liked the situation near to the Ribblehead viaduct and the relative isolation and peacefulness of the barn. The owner was welcoming and available if required but everything was so good we did not need to contact her.

Rated by Mr Harrison reviewed on 29th June 2014

Spectacular location, layout and excellent condition of the property as a whole. There was immediate access to great walking country. The best holiday cottage our family have stayed in.

Rated by Mr Poupard reviewed on 24th May 2014

The standard of decor was very high, and the property was spotless. There wasn't a single deficiency I can remember. The location is spectacular.

Rated by Dr O'Halloran reviewed on 13th May 2014

The Barn is beautiful and I would highly recommend it for a family gathering. It is a great location for walking the 3 peaks. Inside, the large table has loads of space for all 12 people. It also had plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery. In the kitchen, there are 2 normal size fridges, one with a freezer below plus a separate wine cooler. We used the washer and dishwasher; both were easy to use and cleaned everything well. The cooker was really good and fast. The bedrooms were spacious with good quality linens and the games room was loved by the kids and the adults. There were lots of books in the barn detailing local walks. The hot tub was also a great factor, loved by young and old, we were in it daily, and it could have fitted 7 people at once had we wanted to! The owner checked it daily and also provided plastic glasses too. Overall we have to say, The Barn beat all expectations and was of an exceptionally high standard. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, whatever we asked for she provided or helped us with.

Rated by Mrs Daniell reviewed on 8th May 2014

The Barn is in a perfect setting. It is kitted out to a high specification and the open plan design made it ideal for a week away with friends. The beds can be split into twin beds which was ideal for an all girl group. The hot tub was a luxury with gowns in the rooms that gave it a special feel. Absolutely superb.

Rated by Mrs Spencer reviewed on 28th April 2014

The barn was perfect for our group. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty. We will go back.

Rated by Mrs Spencer reviewed on 24th March 2014

The cottage was superb; spacious, comfortable and every feature was finished to a high specification. The location was equally fantastic, with a wealth of walks in easy reach; it's nestled in the Doe Valley between Ingbrough and Whernside. Our vista was framed at one end by the spectacular Ribble Head Viaduct. The sense of isolation was a welcome change to the bustle of city life. That being said civilisation was within reach as the village of Ingleton was a short drive away and the station pub was within a short walk .

Rated by Mrs Sykes reviewed on 10th February 2014

Remote location. Beautiful barn which provided a great base for the whole of our family who travelled from north and south to be there. Facilities are great with lots of space, pool table and hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub on a clear frosty night drinking champagne and looking at the stars, which were scattered like diamonds on black velvet, was truly magical! Had a brilliant birthday gathering.. The owners were lovely and helpful - thank you for the welcome cake and a celebration bottle of bubbly!
