Facilities and location were fine. However the cleanliness on entering the apartment was appalling. Expected far far better from Sykes especially in these times. Having driven for 5 hours we then had to spend considerable time in cleaning the accommodation. Complained to Sykes after our holiday who basically stated that we should have taken more photos of the place. Offered us a derisory £30 off a future booking. We paid the April price for this holiday but went in October. We therefore paid the higher price but were not offered a refund for the difference. Will not use Sykes again.
