The house is a short walk away from the local pub with a large river frontage garden, and local farm shop and cafe, while Honiton itself is a brisk 20 mins walk. Note: Though the property allows pets, the owners ask you to be aware that the neighbours own chickens which roam free, so care must be taken. Note: Please be aware that the outside paths, parking area and garden are uneven and could present a trip hazard in places and the gardens contain a water feature with varying depths during the seasons. Note: There are a number of steps in the property between areas. Note: There is 24/7 50Kw DC rapid charging for electric vehicles less than a minutes' drive away. Check in time 5pm
