Washing machine is located in the boiler room. Electric airer available. TV and WiFi. There is pre-set underfloor heating, a complementary net of logs for the woodburner, and a starter pack of essentials supplied. Charging for electric and hybrid cars is not included in the rental price Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Rear, enclosed lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.3 miles and pub 1.8 miles. Please note - there is one step up to one of the bedrooms.

Gulval is a village in Cornwall, England, situated in the parish of Penzance. Ideally placed just outside of the Penwith Heritage Coast, with the thriving coastal town of Penzance placed right next to it, with easy access to wonderful sandy beaches for family days out. Offering a small selection of shops and pubs for fine food and local produce.

This barn is amazing it really is home from home. Everything is done to such a high standard that it was a pleasure to say here. The beds are so comfy the front room so cosy the garden brilliant and the fire pit exceptional for evenings and bbq. Its quiet but very easy to access Penzance and other areas of attractions. I really can't say anything bad in any shape. Will most definitely be back and well done to the owners who ha e done such a good job.
Stayed here with family for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The Cottage is kept beautifully and full equipped with everything you need.
