Fuel and power is inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in the rent. Off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking. Large private garden and patio area with a garage and riverside/limestone escarpment views. Sorry, no dogs, no smoking. Pub 1.8 miles, shops 1.8 miles.. Note: Stairs narrow and steep; care to be taken. There are some steps down to front door but other door at back is flat with easy access. Please note: property will sleep 5 but a maximum of 4 adults including any infants . Note: The single room is suitable for younger guests
