Outside, there is a rear patio area with a BBQ as well as an enclosed front garden and off-road parking. 5 Rose Meadows is a wonderful base for exploring this corner of Cornwall. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Dune Haven is an elegantly presented, semi-detached bungalow resting within the picturesque village of Goonhavern, just 2.5 miles from Perranporth. This all-ground-floor property is ideally situated for a family looking to spend some time at the glorious coast or to enjoy the superb attractions at nearby Newquay. It comes with three well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, which has access to the conservatory, offering a space to soak up your surroundings as you wake up each morning. The designated chef of the group will be delighted by the well-equipped kitchen, where you will find all the essentials to prepare some delicious home-cooked meals during the week-long stay. Spend your down time within the spacious living room, where the family can gather to enjoy evening meals or tune into the TV, whilst the roaring woodburning stove fills the room with warmth during those chilly winter months. If you are visiting during the summer months, spend a moment or two upon the rear patio where you can rustle up some treats on the BBQ whilst your canine companion roams around the spacious lawned garden with the large decked area which is enclosed with traditional Cornish stone walls. If you don’t feel like cooking one evening, a short stroll will bring you to the traditional inn, where you will find a superb dining menu to suit the whole family. The superb location offers a vast array of things to keep a family of all ages and tastes busy, including the golden stretch of beach at Perranporth or spend an afternoon at the Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm or Lappa Valley steam railway with miniature railway and lots to do with all the family. Alternatively, choose to stroll along the South West Coast Path or try your hand at surfing at the popular beaches of Newquay. Goonhavern is a Cornish village resting just two and a half miles inland from Perranporth. Within this village you will find a traditional inn, village shop, garden centre and children’s playground. The village has retained much of its character with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The nearby town of Perranporth has a sandy beach and is overlooked by craggy rocks suitable for rock pooling.
