We decided to book a little break away once the lockdown restrictions had been lifted to have a bit of change of scenery. We came across Woodland Loge and it looked perfect for what we wanted. Well it was even better that what we imagined, the grounds it is set in are beautiful, the owners were absolutely amazing and the lodge itself was stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos but still has a lovely cosy feel to it. The kitchen has plenty of utensils which was handy as we took everything with us to make a Sunday roast. The owners had also left bread, milk, jam, butter and tea coffee which was a lovely touch. All in all, if you are thinking of booking it get it done, you won't regret it. Beautiful property which is much bigger than we expected. The garden is private and the hot tub with fairy lights is lovely. Perfect location for dog walks. Owners are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing romantic break.
