Location Details
Located in the west of Norfolk, Heacham is a large village overlooking The Wash between King's Lynn and Hunstanton. It has been a seaside resort for many years and has a sandy beach which is great for all seaside activities. Within the village there is a great range of shops, pubs, restaurants to choose from as well as local businesses. Nearby is the home of Norfolk Lavender in Caley Hall, and Heacham Hall once owned by the husband of Pocahontas.

Incredibly spacious house for 10 people and 2 dogs. 2 huge public areas downstairs plus snug room ideal for everyone to split off for quiet time or come together as a big group. Garden is 100% dog proof as the fence is sealed tight to the ground all round. Beach in walking distance from the property. Dogs allowed on beach during winter. House very well equipped and warm. Sky and netflix included. Perfect for a Christmas get together. Could do with more sharp veg and chopping knives. Also dishwasher needs a run through with a dishwasher detergent on an empty cycle. We did clean the filters as best we could but think performance would improve if properly cleaned. Vacuum cleaner similarly needs a good clean out and servicing. The house itself though, showers, beds, cooker etc were perfectly clean. Recommend highly.
