Chipping Sodbury is a market town in South Gloucestershire, England, situated just on the outskirts of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The famous author J K Rowling was born at Chipping Sodbury Maternity Hosptial. The town has annual celebrations including a Victorian Day in the first week of December, and a 'Big Lunch' festival during the first week of June.
